Multiplus is the official LATAM Airlines partner in your country of residence. You concentrate in one single account all points you earn from your flights and redeem flights worldwide to over 1,000 destinations.
If you are already familiar with Multiplus, be reassured. Your flight benefits remain the same.
Why was this change made?
During May, the point earning and redemption platforms were joined in all countries where we operate. In your country, the Multiplus platform works, through which you earn points and redeem tickets. Here are some more details concerning this change:

Will this change affect my current balance?
No. Your LATAM Pass Miles will be renamed as Multiplus Points, and the balance on your account will not be affected by this change. Your balance will be available from the Multiplus platform, where you will be able to redeem your points for various products and services.
Will this change affect the redemption process for flights?
This change will not affect the flights available for redemption that LATAM offers you. You will continue to have access to the various routes operated by LATAM Airlines, oneworld companies, and airline partners to fly to over 1,000 destinations around the world.
How will this change affect the rules for earning points when flying with LATAM Airlines, oneworld members, and other airline partnerships?
There will be no changes in how you can earn points by flying with LATAM Airlines, oneworld members, and other airline partnerships. You will continue earning under the same rules that are currently in effect, but your final balance will be in Multiplus points instead of LATAM Pass points.
How will this change affect the earning rules in relation to banking and partner businesses?
When this change occurs, you will have access to a new network of banking and business alliances, which will enable even more options for earning LATAM Pass Miles.
CATEGORY AND BENEFITS
Will the change affect my membership category?
No. Our members will continue in their current categories. The expiration date of your category will not be affected either.
Will I enjoy the same benefits corresponding to my category?
The main benefits relating to your category will be the same and will not undergo any change.
Will changes be made to the qualifying rules for member categories?
No. There will be no alteration in the rules on how to qualify for the different categories.
Can I choose not to be part of this change?
If you do not want to be part of this change, you can opt out of the program by requesting cancellation of your membership by phone through our Contact Center. If you opt out, your LATAM Pass points, Elite points, and Elite Dollars will be cancelled and you will not be able to use them or to redeem them for flights or money.
